Terms of Business

1. Strictly cash on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing by us after satisfactory references have been received.
2. Minimum order for delivery to be £35.00.
3. All prices subject to alteration without notice.
4. Orders must be in no later than 4.30pm on the day before delivery.
5. All goods are offered subject to being unsold and are charged at the price current at the date of invoice.
6. Invoices are strictly nett.
7. These terms cancel all previous terms and are subject to alteration without notice.
8. All goods are offered subject to availability on assembly of order.
9. All goods are guaranteed to comply with the requirements of the Food and Drugs Act, all Acts amending the same, and all statutory requirements and regulations relating to the sale of food.
10. Discrepancies or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this time will not be entertained.
11. All goods remain the property of Gibsons until paid for in full. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
